I am often asked to help look good with minimal time, all surprisingly, replied – “water”. After all the water – is the foundation of our lives, as well as the main detox? Moreover, 85% of brain tissues composed of water. That is why very often one of the causes of depression, headaches and chronic fatigue syndrome is called dehydration.
We are – in theory – are aware of the importance of water consumption, but give preference to tea, and it is clear why – it tastes better. The tea can even add sugar and milk. All is good, but tea will not replace the raw water, and therefore does not provide a radiant skin and healthy complexion.
Inside nourish the dermis water is as important as the outside – cleansing and moisturizing the skin using water of SPA-procedures. Water is excellent tones and refreshes the skin, giving the desired elasticity. During the water, treatment opens the pores and skin turns into a “sponge” that absorbs the minerals, vitamins and other nutrients used in massages or wraps.
