With winter slowly coming to an end, we can once again start to think about the garden and the pleasure that it brings during the summer months. However, over the winter it may have taken a bit of a battering from the elements so now is the time to get out there and get your garden ready for the summer.

Here are a few things that you can do to get your garden looking great this summer…

Add a Pond or Water Feature – A pond is a relaxing addition to the garden, and it also provides a haven for wildlife. Put up Nest boxes – As we start to see the first signs of spring being on the way, the birds will also be soon starting to look for places to build nests for their young. Make Repairs – Because winter can give the garden a bit of a battering, it is likely that you may have to make some repairs. Check things like gutters and drains as well as shed roofs and fences.
